2. Sales and Subscriptions
Some EEHP products and services require payment. Prices, terms, and conditions are described during checkout and may change without notice. Orders are final once submitted and confirmed.
EEHP uses Square for secure payment processing and does not store payment data.
Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the User. Users must inspect deliveries upon receipt and report any issues immediately. EEHP is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or inaccurate shipping information provided by the User.
Money-Back Guarantee
Physical products may be returned within 45 days if undamaged and in original packaging. Services may be canceled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are issued via the original payment method after verification.
3. Liability and Disclaimers
EEHP.Pro is provided “as is” and “as available.”
EEHP disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
EEHP does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or virus-free content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EEHP, its affiliates, officers, or employees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Service.
The total liability of EEHP shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User during the 12 months preceding the claim.

All disputes shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Wyoming.
