Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.
Our UPS pickup days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
For Expedited Shipping, DO NOT choose this option if it’s on a Friday past Noon Mountain Time. It will not ship until Monday due to the Mail carrier. There is nothing we can do about that.
Transit times are not guaranteed for regular orders.
Transit times for Expedited Shipping generally are within 3 days, but are not guaranteed.
Mail pickup times at our facility are between 12PM-2PM Arizona time. If an expedited order is received after 12PM Arizona time, it is not guaranteed to ship the same day. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS OPTION IF IT’S PAST 12PM ON A FRIDAY, or Holidays/Weekends. You will not get it in 3 days, as packages do not ship on weekends in our area.
Expedited shipping charges will not be refunded if a refund is requested.
We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail carrier. If the tracking information shows the package was delivered to the correct address, but the customer claims the package was not delivered, the issue is with the shipping provider.
Order are shipped out via USPS and UPS ground and UPS 3 Day Air. Next Day Air is not available in our area.
Depending on your location, most orders should be delivered within 5-7 business days after being processed.
Our 90-Day Promise: Try a single product, and if it isn’t right for your horse we’ll refund 100% of the product price — no restocking fee. Select the appropriate option below.
You have 90 days from the delivery date to request a refund or exchange — just contact support to start. Here’s the whole policy in four lines:
✅ 100% refund of the purchase price on a single product or one protocol — even if it’s been opened. Multi-packs and multiple-protocol orders are refundable on unopened items only, and you cover return shipping costs; any opened bag in those orders is non-returnable and non-refundable.
⚠️ Dragon Tamer & DragonX include a trial sample (a $30 value, non-refundable). Return the full-sized bag unopened for a refund of the bag price; once opened, it can’t be refunded.
⚠️ You cover return shipping costs on every return, and on each extra protocol beyond the one refundable one. If we provide a prepaid label, its cost is deducted from your refund after inspection.
❌ Final sale. Drums, any opened bag in a multi-pack or multi-protocol order, opened Dragon Tamer / DragonX bags, and autoship orders once shipped.
If you aren’t satisfied for any reason within 90 days, we’ll refund the full product price — even if the bag is opened. For your animals’ safety we can’t resell opened supplements, but we still stand behind that first single-product purchase. You cover return shipping costs; everything else comes back. (Full-sized Dragon Tamer & DragonX bags are the one exception — see the Dragon Tamer & DragonX section below.)

If you order multiple protocols, only one is eligible for a refund. Additional protocols can be returned only if they’re unopened — any opened protocol is non-returnable and non-refundable — and you cover return shipping costs on them. Please try one protocol before ordering several.
Every Dragon Tamer or DragonX purchase includes one trial sample (a $30 value) so you can test it before opening the full-sized bag. We strongly recommend completing a full 60-day round of our Ulcer Defense Emergency Formula first, and keeping your horse on a low-starch, low-sugar feed program — ashwagandha can provoke a strong reaction in a horse with undiagnosed ulcers, and Ulcer Defense protects against that.
Refunds. Return the full-sized bag unopened within 90 days for a refund of the bag price. The $30 sample value is non-refundable — it was provided for you to try. Once the full-sized bag is opened we can’t resell it, for the safety of your animals, so opened bags aren’t refundable. That’s exactly what the trial sample is for: try it first, so you never have to open the full bag to find out.
Drums. Because a drum can’t be returned in part, drums are final sale. Try a single bag first to confirm it’s right for your horse before buying at drum volume.
Autoship & subscriptions. Skip or cancel anytime before your next renewal ships. Once a renewal has shipped, that order is final and can’t be refunded.
Return shipping. You cover return shipping costs on every return, and your original shipping charge is non-refundable. In some cases we may provide a prepaid return label at our discretion. If a prepaid label is provided — automatically or at your request — its cost is deducted from your refund after we inspect the return and determine the final refund amount.
We refund what you actually paid — not the sticker price. Bundles are discounted, and that discount is split across everything inside. Example: your Warhorse Protocol bundle is $397 (normally $529). Send back just the Victory bag and you get back what that bag cost you inside the $397 — not its full retail price.
Free stuff stays free — it doesn’t turn into a refund. Gifts, bonuses, and trial samples (like the $30 Dragon Tamer sample, or the free bag in your Month 2 shipment) aren’t refundable. Already used a trial sample? Keep it — we just subtract its value from that order’s refund. Any other free item has to come back unused, or its retail price comes out of your refund.
Canceling is easy. Cancel your subscription anytime and your next shipment just stops. Anything already shipped follows the rules above — and if a freebie came with an order you send back, it’s handled the same way.
Refunds and exchanges apply to your initial purchase, not to reorders. By completing your purchase you agree to this policy. EEHP reserves the right to decline refunds or future orders where these guidelines aren’t followed.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
If multiple items are ordered and only some have been opened, we agree that there are extenuating circumstances and it’s within the 90 day refund period.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund per our refund policy.
Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a pre-paid return label and are issued a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

One of the many great things about dragon tamer is, unlike nearly all other supplements our there, it’s so effective you’ll see results in a single dose. There’s no loading phase at all. It does not need to be given daily. Just start with a single dose for the average sized horse and adjust as needed. Give an hour to and hour and a half before stressful events or any time you want them calm manageable and focused for best results. If you want to feed it daily, some people see better results by splitting a half dose in the morning and a half dose in the evening and a full dose one to one and a half hours before a stressful event. Adjust up or down for your individual situation.
Our product does not contain enough sugars to be of any dietary significance. In fact, some of our ingredients actually work to actively lower blood sugar.
