Most orders placed by Noon Mountain Time will be processed next day and usually arrive in 5-7 business days.
If your package has not yet arrived, please search your email, including your spam folder for the tracking number you should have received from “Elite Equine Health & Performance” or “EEHP.pro” and check your tracking first before contacting us about your order.
Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or on national holidays.
For 3 day select, DO NOT chose this option if it’s on a Friday past Noon Mountain Time. It will not ship until Monday due to the Mail carrier. There is nothing we can do about that.
Transit times are not guaranteed for regular orders. Transit times are only guaranteed for expedited orders. Expedited services include UPS 3 Day Air.
Mail pickup times at our facility are between 12PM-2PM Arizona time. If an expedited order is received after 12PM Arizona time, it is not guaranteed to ship the same day. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS OPTION IF IT’S PAST 12PM ON A FRIDAY. You will not get it in 3 days, as packages do not ship on weekends in our area.
Expedited shipping charges will not be refunded if a refund is requested.
We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail carrier. If the tracking information shows the package was delivered to the correct address, but the customer claims the package was not delivered, the issue is with the shipping provider.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION RULES
Free shipping promotions only apply to select products on autoship. (If applicable and subject to change at any time)
There is a $150 minimum subtotal of select items to get free shipping on the order. Non-select items do not apply towards meeting the $150 minimum. For this reason, we recommend ordering applicable products separately from non-applicable products.
*The Victory or Royalty Product is excluded from free shipping as it is simply too heavy and we do not wish to raise the price to cover costs.
The free shipping promotion does not apply to customers who are enrolled in our Wholesale Program. Unfortunately at this time, we can’t offer free shipping on wholesale orders. A shipping charge will be assessed before shipment and an invoice will be sent for an additional payment. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for the inconvenience.
Order are shipped out via USPS and UPS ground and UPS 3 Day Air. Next Day Air is not available in our area.
Depending on your location, most orders should be delivered within 5-7 business days after being processed.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 45 days.* If 45 days have passed since delivery of your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a full refund, you must contact support within 45 days of delivery of purchase.
Due to the safety or our customers animals, we cannot resell supplements that have been opened. All supplements and feed must be returned unopened. No partial returns will be accepted unless they they are in in their original unopened packaging such as when the order contained multiple items, and will be a case by case basis.
If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason inside of the first 45 days after purchase, simply contact us and we’ll refund 100% of your money*
*Excludes Dragon Tamer and DragonX products. Since our offer for these contain free samples to try, no refunds will be given unless the full sized bag is returned unopened and the horse has been through a full round of our Ulcer Defense first. (Note, there are no refunds on the 2 pack or 3 pack orders of Dragon Tamer. All sales are final) Only the samples can be consumed for free and returns must be initiated within the 45 day return window. Exchanges or refunds only apply to initial purchase. No exchanges or refunds will be given after additional purchases have been made.
*Depending on the situation, we MAY (at our discretion) include a free return label for a single unopened bag returned in the original packaging. Returns not sent back in the original box will be subject to a prorated return if the return shipping is higher than what the prepaid return label covers.
Please note Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a pre-paid return label and are then issued a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. (Shipping costs are non-refundable)
Autoship orders- Once you are past the initial refund period of 45 days, there are no refunds for autoship orders. Once your subscription has shipped, all sales will be final with no refunds or exceptions.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
If multiple items are ordered and only some have been opened, we agree that there are extenuating circumstances and it’s within the 45 day refund period.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund per our refund policy.
