Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.
Our UPS pickup days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
For 3 day select, DO NOT chose this option if it’s on a Friday past Noon Mountain Time. It will not ship until Monday due to the Mail carrier. There is nothing we can do about that.
Transit times are not guaranteed for regular orders. Transit times are only guaranteed for expedited orders. Expedited services include UPS 3 Day Air.
Mail pickup times at our facility are between 12PM-2PM Arizona time. If an expedited order is received after 12PM Arizona time, it is not guaranteed to ship the same day. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS OPTION IF IT’S PAST 12PM ON A FRIDAY. You will not get it in 3 days, as packages do not ship on weekends in our area.
Expedited shipping charges will not be refunded if a refund is requested.
We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail carrier. If the tracking information shows the package was delivered to the correct address, but the customer claims the package was not delivered, the issue is with the shipping provider.
Order are shipped out via USPS and UPS ground and UPS 3 Day Air. Next Day Air is not available in our area.
Depending on your location, most orders should be delivered within 5-7 business days after being processed.

Full Policy Details
Our refund and returns policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have passed since delivery of your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact support within 45 days of delivery.
Due to the safety of our customers’ animals, we cannot resell supplements that have been opened.
Unless otherwise noted, opened supplements cannot be returned. However, opened products may be accepted under our Satisfaction Guarantee, excluding full-sized Dragon Tamer bags.
All supplements and feed must be returned unopened unless covered under this exception.
No partial returns will be accepted unless they are in their original, unopened packaging (e.g., when the order contained multiple items). These will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason within the first 45 days after purchase, simply contact us and we’ll refund 100% of your money*
Important Exclusions
Excludes Dragon Tamer and DragonX products. These purchases include free samples to try before opening the full-sized bag.
Refunds will only be given if the full-sized bag is returned unopened.
All 2-pack and 3-pack orders are non-refundable. All sales are final.
Only the samples may be consumed for free. Returns must be initiated within the 45-day window.
Exchanges or refunds apply only to the initial purchase. No refunds will be given after subsequent purchases.
We highly recommend horses complete a full round of Ulcer Defense first and be maintained on a low-starch, low-sugar feed program for best results with Dragon Tamer.
If you purchase a protocol that includes Dragon Tamer samples and a full-sized bag of Dragon Tamer, the samples are intended to be used during the trial period. If you request a refund and return an opened full-sized bag instead of using the samples, a $50 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping
In some cases, we may (at our discretion) provide a prepaid return label for a single unopened bag returned in its original packaging.
If the original box is not used and return shipping costs exceed the prepaid label amount, a prorated deduction will be applied.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a prepaid return label and are issued a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Autoship Orders
Once you are past the initial 45-day refund period, there are no refunds on autoship orders.
Once a subscription has shipped, all sales are final with no refunds or exceptions.
Restocking Fees
A $20 restocking/inspection fee will be deducted from all eligible refunds.
If a full-sized Dragon Tamer bag is opened and returned instead of using the free samples provided, a $50 restocking/inspection fee will be deducted.
Restocking fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
If multiple items are ordered and only some have been opened, we agree that there are extenuating circumstances and it’s within the 45 day refund period.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund per our refund policy.

One of the many great things about dragon tamer is, unlike nearly all other supplements our there, it’s so effective you’ll see results in a single dose. There’s no loading phase at all. It does not need to be given daily. Just start with a single dose for the average sized horse and adjust as needed. Give an hour to and hour and a half before stressful events or any time you want them calm manageable and focused for best results. If you want to feed it daily, some people see better results by splitting a half dose in the morning and a half dose in the evening and a full dose one to one and a half hours before a stressful event. Adjust up or down for your individual situation.
Our product does not contain enough sugars to be of any dietary significance. In fact, some of our ingredients actually work to actively lower blood sugar.
