These Terms govern the use of EEHP.Pro and any related agreements or relationships with the Owner. Users must read this document carefully before using the website or purchasing any products.
Users confirm that they are not subject to any U.S. government embargo or restricted list and meet all legal requirements for use.
Users may register accounts by providing accurate information. Accounts created by bots or automated methods are prohibited. Users are responsible for maintaining account security and must notify EEHP immediately of any unauthorized access or data compromise.
Users may terminate their account at any time via the website or by contacting EEHP. EEHP reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts at its discretion for misuse, violations, or offensive conduct without refund.
Unless otherwise stated, all content on EEHP.Pro is owned or licensed by EEHP. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any content without prior written consent. Where permitted, limited use for personal, non-commercial purposes is allowed with proper attribution.
Users may upload or share content only if they hold all necessary rights. By submitting content, Users grant EEHP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and promote such content in connection with the Service.
Users agree not to violate laws, infringe third-party rights, or engage in fraudulent, harmful, or offensive conduct. EEHP may restrict or terminate access at its discretion for violations.
Some EEHP products and services require payment. Prices, terms, and conditions are described during checkout and may change. If your subscription’s price changes, we’ll email you before we charge the new price. Refunds follow our 90-day money-back guarantee below. Close-out products and apparel are final sale.
EEHP uses Square for secure payment processing and does not store payment data.
Some products, like our protocols, can be bought as a subscription. A subscription renews on its own on the schedule shown at checkout, for example every month. On each renewal date, we charge your card and send your next order.
You can change or cancel anytime in My Account, or by emailing [email protected]. Do it before your next renewal date and you won’t be charged for that order. There’s no fee to cancel and no minimum number of orders.
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the User. Users must inspect deliveries upon receipt and report any issues immediately. EEHP is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or inaccurate shipping information provided by the User.
Our supplements come with a 90-day money-back guarantee. Not happy with a product, for any reason? Email [email protected] or use our Contact Us form within 90 days of delivery, and we’ll refund what you paid for it. Shipping isn’t refunded.
For a subscription, the guarantee covers your first order. If a renewal has already shipped, send it back unopened within those 90 days and we’ll refund it too.

Services may be canceled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We send the refund back the way you paid, within 5 business days of approving your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
EEHP.Pro is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Apart from our 90-day money-back guarantee, EEHP disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
EEHP does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or virus-free content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EEHP, its affiliates, officers, or employees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Service.
The total liability of EEHP shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User during the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or damages; these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless EEHP, its affiliates, and employees against any claims, damages, or losses arising from use of the Service, breach of these Terms, violation of laws, or infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
All disputes shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Wyoming.
Users agree to attempt amicable resolution prior to any legal action by contacting EEHP at the email above.
EEHP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the website after changes signifies acceptance.
Users will be notified of material updates when required by law.
EEHP.Pro collects personal data to process orders, provide customer support, and improve user experience.
We value your privacy and handle your data responsibly and transparently.
Contact data: name, email, address, phone number
Order data: purchase history and shipping information
Payment data: securely processed through Square (no card data stored)
Analytics and marketing data: collected via Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, the OpenAI (ChatGPT ads) pixel, and Microsoft Clarity (clicks, scrolling and session recordings, used to improve the site)

To measure our ads and keep current customers out of them, we may share scrambled (hashed) email addresses with our advertising partners (Meta, Google and OpenAI)
